I will be 'handed over' a Service Design Project.. and Voila! Here's your service blueprint, Madame!
What no one tells you: Find your own way to lay-out a Service Design project.

There is a beginning and end, I can do one project for 6 months and hop-on to another challenge!
What no one tells you: Projects of course have a start, but don't always expect it to end in short-term. Designing of Services is a continuum and you gotto build your endurance!

All I need to do is fix the way touchpoints are designed, I will be able to do this once I gain 'the complete picture of the service.'

Well I know the Design process and the tools, this should be easy.
What no one tells you: There is no cookie-cutter way to do Service Design projects.
You experiment, you expand.
