This paper was written as a sequel to the project "UX Standardixation for Chatbots" and presented at the BOCSE conference, BOSCH, held in Germany. It elaborates on the various guidelines prepared by the UX team for Chatbot development teams.

I am very impressed by Aishwarya’s dedicated professionalism, flexibility and the overall very high quality of her work. The ‘Homeward Bound’ project justifiably generated considerable interest when Aishwarya presented it in public at the conclusion of her course.

Aishwarya has played a very critical and challenging role of teaching Service design and Design thinking courses at the under graduate level at the Srishti Institute of Art Design and Technology, Bengaluru. She has very successfully taught these courses as well as mentored the students in a hands-on manner. Her knowledge in the subject combined with her patient demeanor makes her a very popular course facilitator as well as a co-worker.
