I have spent over 4 years improving various systems of IT services in my organization!
SEE PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS IN THIS SECTION!

01

While there are 100s of chatbots within Multinational companies, it is extremely important to communicate with "one voice" that is extremely user-friendly for employees who seek support between their busy workdays. We in the design team created a Library of Standards that can help any chatbot team to rely on it to create a unified chatbot, with a humane approach.

HEALTHCARE
I started my career in Design with tending to niche user groups who need support in better living, be it People living with HIV/AIDS or Older people who yearn for someone to listen to them and celebrate their lives!

05
Health Practitioners thought that older people need a smooth transition from hospital to home. But as we digged deeper, we realized that the journey starts much earlier, and what older people really need is a "positive conversation about their health and life", as against the repeated treatment and sympathy-filled conversations with a patient. This led us to create "conversation trigger- My LIFE book" that can be used by carers, especially informal carers to reignite the joy in a older, ailing person's life.

People Living with HIV/AIDS are surrounded by stigma and discrimination. In this project we focused on PLHA from lower economic strata who long to have a social life but are unable to do so with the scarred identity in the society. SANGAM is an interactive radio that enables PLHA across the country to interact anonymously over topics ranging from personal life, health & wellness including nutrition.
